Delivery Schedule:

 

We aim to pack your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order (UK Bank Holidays and weekends excepted). We will normally send your order out within 5 working days (UK Bank Holidays and weekends excepted). There may be additional processing delays over the Christmas & New Year period, so please check the Delivery Information page for specific information.
Your order should reach you within 3 to 4 working days of order, but can be up to 7 working days after order (UK Bank Holidays and weekends excepted).


 

Shipping & Handling

 

We currently only deliver within England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.  You will receive an e-mail detailing your delivery.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability. Where possible continuous lengths will be provided.  We do not charge for cuttings.

You may call 01925 242930 to place an order over the phone. If you use a credit or debit card your order will ship immediately. Alternatively your order can be processed to collect in person from one of our stores - Please specify which store you will be collecting from at time of your call.  If you pay by personal cheque, your order will be shipped 5 business days after we receive your cheque to allowance clearance times.  Please fill out cheques in the name of: TP textiles

Returns Policy - Online orders ONLY.

 

All goods which have been cut or processed by the purchaser will have been accepted by the purchaser and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly any claim in respect of faults in the goods supplied, where the claim has not been made within 14 days of receipt, will be dealt with on the basis that the goods have been accepted by the purchaser, and therefore cannot be rejected. No items will be accepted for return after 14 days. Please also note that a refund will not be given if items have been cleaned, or used contrary to any instructions on this website. You must e-mail customerservice@tptextiles.co.uk for instructions on returning the faulty items. 

Any payment already made will be refunded on receipt of the goods (less any return Shipping Costs, if applicable. This will be no more than that already charged for shipping the order). 

 

Unfortunately we cannot allow returns on items other than stated above.  Once we have cut the fabric roll for you, this item is non-returnable/refundable.  We are able to provide sample fabrics of your choice - please see shop section for more details.

 

Please read the descriptions for indications of current stock availability and colour range available. These provide a general guide only. Please also note that even though we have made every effort to accurately display colours on the website, the colours on this web site will be affected by the settings of the PC monitor on which they are viewed.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
